After years of teaching and coaching, I have observed many constants in both the student and facilitator in the field of learning. Some of these are inherited human behaviour others are learned behaviour - and all affect our ability to develop, grow and thrive as successful people. Understanding these basic facts and the impact they have on how we learn prompted me to re-examine our current methodology of imparting information. What we teach in our schools, universities, workplaces and in our sporting organisations is important, relevant, specific information - how we impart that information can sometimes be less than effective. Having worked as an educator, coach, trainer and facilitator in all these areas at one time or another, I feel that perhaps the wheels have fallen off the current system or at the very least are a little wobbly. No longer is our demand represent by the quality of the supply. These days as a behaviour consultant I have the privilege to work with some amazing individuals and teams, to help guide them through the construction of the best performance coaching programme, classroom structure or training system. Coaches, by developing a personalised programme that targets your strengths allows you to get the best out of both you and your students through effective, targeted teaching and tailored learning - in a matter of days, you will find yourself using: • proficient communication to achieve efficient performance training • behavioural strategies for motivation and session management • advanced learning styles for maximum neurological and cognitive development that increases absorption and retention rates.
Athletes, By identifying exactly what motivates and de-motivates you, your performance and behavioural boundaries, learning styles and stimulants as well as your goals, aspirations and dreams - allows us to re-construct them into an effective and efficient programme, enabling you to perform at your desired level - sustainably. By pinpointing specific key areas that require attention, no matter how big or small, you will be coached in techniques for optimal performance and actively guide the long-term development of you. These key areas make the difference, the difference between mediocre performance and effective, efficient performance that continues to improve. It's all about having the right neural mechanic work on your performance, so take the time to contact us and ask how our programme will benefit you! |
